Pandemic Parenting: It's not over for parents...... yet.

Parents have been left with the daunting task of navigating through the summer with unvaccinated children. The pandemic is far from over for us with kids under 12, and may be actually more difficult as we negotiate spaces where individuals may be unmasked.

Two mom professors and clinical psychologists compiled resources for busy parents and all who provide care for kids. I especially like the way they organize topics : guilt & grief, trauma & resilience, school & screens, fear & anxiety. They also have organized "bite-size" videos for all of us who may be too short on time for an average length Ted talk. Today's release was particularly poignant: How Father's Build Resilience in their Children and Themselves.
